Help I can't change my skin on minecraft!

I tried changing my skin, then it said it was successful, and soon after that I had logged in and it wasn't even the skin I had before or the skin I wanted but it was Steve!?! I am very confused and I need help. (yes my wifi is working) (I have been trying for about an hour now) (I changed my skin a few days ago and it worked) (I also tried on the website and the starter page (it says PLAY)) Halppp!!

Which skin are you trying to use?
If your skin file isn't 64 x 64 or 32 x 65 with transparent background, .png, it won't work.

heyo there! sorry uploading skins isn't working for you... thats really sucks... im no expert, but i have some suggestions that might help. have you tried restarting Minecraft entirely? or restarting your browser? im not sure if this will help... but i wish you good look my fren x3
