Break a block near it.

I've tried that, as well, but it doesn't work.

I think nobody has replied because there really is no way to fix it. The problem stems from one mod or the game itself. Have you even tried placing a block in it to update lights just like how you fix every single lighting bug in Minecraft?

Yep, I've done that. Tried restarting my game and was going to try and reinstall the mods along with Forge
