Hi I want to know how to make a lobby server like the kind where you join a lobby then you go into a portal and it takes you to a completely new server if you know how please tell me!

Malik807, I'm not sure if you understand what Elite_Bacca means... Bungee Cord is the name of a plugin that does exactly what the OP is asking for.
