So I downloaded different versions of Optifine and I have the same result. When I enter to a server (no exceptions) with Optifine it's everything ok, but when I do something like put a disc into a jukebox or broke a block or an event or game starts in a server I got in 1 second 1 FPS and stays that way until I close Minecraft, I don't think this is for my PC, I don't have a bad PC to play Minecraft, when I play vanilla or forge Minecraft runs at 20-30 FPS and I never get 1 FPS, this only happens with Optifine, what can I do? (I found alternatives to improve fps but I only want Optifine for the custom entities)

PS: I use 1.12 (I already tried Optifine in 1.11 and same result)
