100MB of mods?
You running a game with about 100 mods I suppose?
Usually make sure there are no beta mods.
Try removing better dungeons, getting that to work on 1.6.4 is close to impossible (from my experience).
Hope that helps.

Just a couple of things;
- Could you post a list of all the mods that your using so that i dont have to download them?
- If you know which mod the id collision is happening in then you can simply open its data file as a .txt (.minecraft/config) and search the item id using ctrl+F. Then all its a matter of is changing that id to another, suggested one from the crash report.
- Just a quick question, what kind of modpack are you aiming for? Minecraft version 1.6.4 was an extremely modded release of minecraft. I can almost gaurentee you will find a similar pack if you hunt around, that way it save you the work of doing all the fiddly stuff like messing with IDs

1.6 is minecraft's mod version. 1.7 comes close.

Try removing optifine and rebooting the pack, it could be bugging around with entity rendering.

this is what its caused by
"A mod has attempted to assign BlockID 4025 to the Fluid 'constructionfoam' but this Fluid has already been linked to BlockID 4058. Configure your mods to prevent this from happening."

you would need to change the block id for that item "construction foam", there may be a mod out there that helps with id conflicts.
