I need help with my Minecraft Lancher

Hello,
When I open my launcher it says its open but I dont see anything. If anyone could help me with this that would be great.

The hot bar on the bottom of the screen shows it's open but its not
I use the latest launcher from minecraft.net
I use windows 10

"it says"? What Minecraft launcher do you use, where did you get it? Also: what OS (/ operating system) do you use?
