Local Chat?

Hello! I own an RP Server and would like to make it a more RP experience if I made local chat default. So when people chat only people in their radius can hear them and if they use ! then they shout. I was trying to set it up but I have no utter idea of how to do this. Please help?

Hi, the solution here is in your Essentials config. Navigate down to EssentialsChat then the first thing is 'Chat Radius' that is set to 0. Change the number, for example 250 is 250 north, east, south and west.
As for the shout, that is in the permissions with
- essentials.chat.shout
