Looking for a plugin that randomly (re)generate chests.

I want to create a survival kind of world (like Rust) for my players. I am looking for a plugin that can:
1. Randomly spawn chests around the map
2. Allow me to define what I want in the chest and randomly spawn inside
3. Chests regenerate/respawn around the map after certain time
So far what I found were plugins that allow me to set chests to a particular loot. I cannot find a plugin that actually randomly places the chests around the world for me. I find it so difficult to manually place chests everywhere.
Any suggestions?

I think a have one for that. I can search it in my HD for you. The only problem is that I remember it's not worldguard compatible, so it places the chests all over the spawn if the spawn chunks are loaded. Also, I'm not sure if it's compatible with you server version, what version are you using?
