Last question, Is your system 32 bit or 64 bit.
If you don't know Open the control panel, click "System and security" Then click "System", and in the list of info, it should tell you if you are 32 bit or 64 bit.

I couldn't find the Device Manager but I'm guessing you want to know my Graphics card, well my graphic card is Nvidia GeForce GT 440.

I want to know what the driver that is installed is.
Let me try another approach.
Hold down the keys on your keyboard WindowsKey + R
Then type dxdiag.exe and hit enter.
Once open, click on the "Display 1" tab
Please take a screenshot and share. Or write down the information in the "Drivers" group to the far top left of that tab.
