Minecraft pe not working, please help

Hi there! My minecraft pe doesn't seem to be working when my internet is turned on. I turn it on, load mc, nothing happens. Turn it off, load mc it's fine. Turn it off, load mc, it's fine, and the moment I turn it on again the screen freezes and does nothing. I try turning it off again, works fine, off, it freezes. Any idea what's happening??? Please help me ASAP! I have also tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it does nothing. Thnks!

I hneed ni I have figured it out, when I join different network, it's fine, so I believe it is MY internet! I've tried several different networks, and it works! Also my device im using is an iPad. It only freezes, doesn't crash.yes, my iPad is updated and all, and how do I check my Memory?

What device are you using? And when it freezes does it also crash?
