Ok, I have a basic Craftbukkit Minecraft server, but when I try to start it up it goes like this:

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
I Really want to get my server running but I don't know what the heck is going on! A while back the permissions file wasn't working and it said it was empty, so I found something online to paste into it to get it working again. It dosent say anything about that anymore so I'm guessing it is something else.
This is what I pasted in to fix the permissions file: server.basics:

I Really want to get my server running but I don't know what the heck is going on! Just reinstall PermissionsEX

p.s. never do /reload. always do restart, and before you restart use /save-all

Reset all worlds,
If you have ProtocolLib or ProtocolSupport, try removign them and see if any diffrence.
But i'd say probably corrupted worlds

I had the server remake all the worlds and it did it successfully but now it says this:

Everything looks normal exept for PermissionsEx, it might be corrupted due to /reload or some bad plugin conflicting with it. Try to remove it and see what happens.

I think I have it now, though it keeps saying to me the authentication servers are down right now. I still have to see if it works when they get back up. If it doesn't I don't know what else to do! I might just restart or see if you guys know anything more!

it might work, but if it still doesnt work get Spigot version instead of CraftBukkit.
If you decide to switch over to spigot (which you really should due to performance) follow this.
1. download - https://yivesmirror.com/files/spigot/spigot-1.10.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
2. delete your CraftBukkit.jar from your server.
3. Put that spigot.jar in your server.
4. Open your .bat thingy, and change so it reads from spigot.jar
5 Also rename spigot-1.10.2.-R0.1-SNAPSHOP.jar to spigot.jar

How are you connecting to this server? Is it on the same computer or on the same network? Or are you trying to get others to connect to it from a remote location?
Also I would advice against messing with the permission file. It can "sorta" work but it's really no substitute for a decent permissions plugin such as (for example) PermissionsEX.
Solely going by the error message alone I get the impression that you may want to verify the Java version you're using. Note: this is just a wild guess on my end, but still. What Java version are you using anyway? (either see your installed software or try running java -version from the commandline).
