Need help with light things

Guys, I saw in other maps they put like a light effect on the player so he/she can produce his/her oun light to see in the dark. It is not night vision. please help.

Glowing effect gives glowing border around the entity/player that can be seen through walls and in the dark.

Well, thanks man but I found one, blindnes. That effect give you a light around your feet.
