Hey guys,
I am trying to use this GIF as an animated banner for my minecraft server post HOWEVER for some reason when I upload it, it wont animate

If some one could tell me where it's going wrong (Not the look of the banner rather why it wont animate on PMC) you would be VERY helpful to me!. Thank you!
