People cant do the basic commands when they join my server

i need help people cant do any of the commands on my server i want them to be able to do /spawn /warp stuff like that

You need to give them Permissions like essentials.spawn essentials.warp.* essentials.kit.* essentials.kits.*
If you put those ones in they will be able to do /spawn /warp and /kit
If you put those ones in they will be able to do /spawn /warp and /kit

Are you using a permissions plugin such as PermissionsEX or GroupManager, and have you set it up with the appropriate groups/permissions?

You could build a info board with signs on how to use different commands. That's what I do and it works great!
