Please Help!

OKAY. So i've been playing Minecraft a long time now and this has never happened. Every time I go on a server in 1.9 or higher everyone except a few people are Steve or Alex. This has been happening for over two months now. I've searched a bunch to try and find a solution but no luck. I even tried reinstalling Minecraft. Also when I open the launcher the "Update Notes" screen is just white with nothing written on it. Please help if you can!

Quick question - is your internet slow? Might explain some things, I'll get into if it is.

Nope. My internet is not slow. Everything runs fast.

Cracked server would explain it like Lucy said. In addition, the reason some players might have skins is thanks to Mineshafter.

Sounds like an issue with your client. I'd copy all your maps and important stuff from the .minecraft folder and reinstall it.
Unless you're playing on a cracked server? Is it all servers?

No I`m not playing on cracked servers. It is on all servers. I've tried reinstalling .minecraft folder and it didn't work

Uh maybe everyone is using the default skins or Minecraft might need this fixed but its nothing too big
