I'm just going to put this here since I can't find anything on how to fix this. I can open the launcher just fine, but I can't open the game. I'd have to open Task Manager and end one of two tasks named, "Minecraft Launcher (32 bit)" However, my skin won't appear. Can somebody help me?

Is your java or computer 32 bit...cuz if it aint, u need a 64 bit version

Can you please provide me with a link to the 64 bit version? I cannot find it anywhere on the website.

If your computer runs 64 bit, it cannot run a 32 bit programs, like minecraft 32bit.

This may sound stupid but have your tried resetting your computer? A similar thing happened to me once and turning it on and off again weirdly worked. I'm not really sure what the names of the launchers are but a while ago they released a new launcher, perhaps download that if you haven't already, maybe that could be it.
