Server Ram Allocations

Hey people
Recently i braught a server with 4gb ram for 21$
the servers been running perfectly with no problems
the server usually used only 2gb of that 4gb
then a few months after i found a different Hosting company that did 6gb for 21$ish
After Transferring my files and putting the server back up
Ive been getting random Crashes and lots of lag
when i do /gc it says
Maximum Memory 6GB
Allocated Memory 1.4GB
Free Memory 1.2GB
This is very confusing Am i getting only 2.6GB of my 6GB ram plan?
There is no reason for my server to crash constantly on server with more ram than the older host

May I ask who is hosting this server? What is the company name?

Yes server hosts can do this easily, especially if the server is running on Multicraft panel. Contact the host.
Its sorta like Multicraft designed it like that. So hosts can put less allocation for the plan you got.
