Hello PlanetMinecraft.
I am recently having issues with my skin.
Details:
Recently I am trying to change my Minecraft Skin.
When I do change it I succeed.
However, after I log out of Minecraft it reverts to a skin I have never seen before (No, it is not the Steve skin).
Conclusion:
I am unable to change my skin without it reverting back.
If you have a solution please notify me.

Ever since minecraft.net started hosting the skins instead of amazon the skin system has been a bit glitchy. I sometimes get the same problem but not every time. If its really bad you should post the glitch here https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC

Recently I have been given the Bad Login message when joining Servers more then normal so, if that helps?

First your skin changing my be due to your texture pack changing the look of steve. Second, it my be reverting because you are offline on minecraft? If not then i guess just try not to log out. Other than that, not sure.
