I've recently been working on my factions server and got a bunch of plugins installed on it, now that I do there is a annoying message popping up every 4 mins saying this is a test, this is a test as well, I don't know which plugin is making this happen, anyone know how to test for it?

That is very interesting, I myself would recommend looking in the console every time it happens and look for any sign of which plugin that you have installed is having this.
