I went to copy some of my mods in my .mincraft file to put on my other computer(it is a better computer and will run smoother) and noticed that some of my files had changed and say .JarX or .zipX now I have a backup not in %appdata% and those are all fine. It was not this way a few days ago when I added some new files. Also not all the files have changed. These are in the MODS folder. I am not sure if the other folders have had changes or if the main minecraft Jar has changed. Does anyone know what is going on? is this something new I did not know was going to change...or did something get really messed up.
