Forge Disabling my Mods?

I'm using the latest version of forge with a few mods active, and randomly, some mods will not be loaded when I start the game. I need a solution so i can keep playing on my world 😭

9minecraft is not reliable site, stay away from it, for the list you posted, I don't seem to find outdated mods here, so maybe forge problem in general, try contact them

Yes, don't download mods from 9minecraft or other mod reposting sites. They label mod versions incorrectly, which causes a ton of problems for users, as well as steal ad revenue away from modders. Delete all the mods that you got from 9minecraft and redownload them from their official sites (probably CurseForge), and see if that helps at all.

Make sure you have installed mods for correct version, recent forge versions let's you have mods for multiple versions of the game - if mod is outdated it's simply not loading

That's not something that Forge will do by itself if mods are installed correctly. Could you provide more information, such as what mods you're trying to use or a screenshot/crashlog of any error messages that you see (if any)?
