I had just watched BdoubleO's last BWBDO episode and when he turned the rain on, it got really foggy and looked really cool, much better than normal in-game fog. I'd just like to know if there is currently a mod for just this (I have a bad computer, so a full shader pack would not work) that is quite optimized to reduce as much lag as possible for myself and whoever else uses it.

If this does not exist, are there any coders who'd volunteer to either recreate this or rip it out of Ether's shaders?
