One of two problems, it appears English is not your main language. Languages like Russian are hard on modpacks because of custom symbols like Привет. Some mods do not translate to your language. Try switching your language to English and see if that works. After that, you can turn it back. Secondly, I didn't see what CrazyCowMM was talking about, but I would try removing mods that add things like helicopters or strange creatures not made out of blocks, those crash servers a lot.

Hmm... I know a lot of mods and how they work together. Would you mind sending me the list of mods you are trying to add to your server? It could simply be an error when the mods try to interact. Sometimes, even if a mod is not listed, you need it to allow two mods to "communicate" successfully.

Seems like the Xray mod is causing it to crash. At least that's what it looks like.
