I tried the install scripts in the forge src for 1.5.2, 1.6.4 and they didn't properly download the scala-library.jar file, leading to a decompile error. I searched around for a manual download of the file, but those links were broken too. This is also preventing forge from running properly.

I think the file on the forge site is broken, but I'm not sure.

Is anyone else having this problem?
Does anyone have a solution?
