Nah, they're just stealing mods from other people and repost them as theirs. Their .jar files are not 100% safe, you could download some malware etc. Always use CurseForge or PlanetMinecraft or Minecraft Forum, everything else is most likely just mod repost.

I don't know if I can direct link, but when it comes to vehicles, it looks like Flan's Mod updated recently and I recall that having a lot of wartime content.
