1.6.2 broke my launcher

Hello all, I use my own custom launcher to download all the mods and resources that my server needs to run. Currently we are at version 1.5.2 and I would like to upgrade to 1.6.2, but it seems that the directory structure has changed putting the new bins inside a /versions folder.
I have tried numerous ways to get my launcher to execute this new java file, but I have not succeeded, does anyone know the paramaters I need to pass to the jar to get it to execute properly?

The real launcher doesn't download and configure the 72 mods installed on the server. Thanks though, I totally didn't think of that.

Just get the real launcher. It's downloadable at minecraft.net.

Then how do I launch it? I don't have to use a .bat I just wanted a simple example.

Dinnerbone stated that it is impossible to launch 1.6 using .bat.

All mods are up to date, I can't get the minecraft jar to execute properly, I don't know how to properly execute the new 1.6.2 update. I need a .bat example of how to manually launch the jar, can anyone help with this?
