All this is, is just you replacing 1 line of code to make you simply have control over how the client sees capes...

I don't trust this, all of you posted your IGN's without even checking what the cape is gonna have on it.

I was thinking the same, but I decided to investigate a bit.
I downloaded the mod, all the capes are stored on a HTTP server which is not a good idea. If a lot of people use this mod, eventually it will go down.
The link is http://logalicious.com/capes/ , all the players have the same cape, a cape with a sword on it. Nothing advertisement, nothing inappropriate. This mod is fine.
Although there are a lot of other alternatives that more people use (More coverage, capes are only shown for people using the mod) and are better, such as MCCapes.
