So here, I create a server with a friend but I would need a mode that would allow me to create a boat that would go back and forth between two shores. I already tried archimedes ship which allowed to create boats except that these were only controllable by the players. If anyone knows it would be great.

It you want a boat that steers itself then that's not possible. But you can create a boat somewhere else and teleport players to it.
