Help! toomanyitems wont work with forge?

I have installed forge-1.8.9-11.15.1.1763 and i want to use mods like worldedit and too many items. i put world edit in to the Mods folder and that works perfectly and then i put too many items in and it dont show up in minecraft when i load up the game,But world edit is there. this is the version of too many items i found. TooManyItems2015_02_14_1.8_Forge. Can anybody help me???

TMI , Official Version is only out for Minecraft 1.8 , it will not work on 1.8.9 . Most mods are version specific .
