How to install forge from scratch

i need help getting the lucky block mod. so i already have forge but i want to learn how to delete all the forge's that i have and start from scratch can you help?

If you have forges from another versions. just delete them on the versions folder (they should be labeled "Forge 1.8.x" or another version that you have) and then download Forge (must be the installer) and install
