I need help creating a mod

Hi i would like to create a mod that adds basic city stuff such as, powerlines, realistic meat, realistic road signs, etc. sort of like Flenixcities
Game Version: 1.7.10
I have heard of Mcreator it's really useful but I have one problem, I don't know how to upload models you make and send them directly into Mcreator.
And I am not really good on making textures.
I will try to use Mr.Crayfish's Model Creator as it does seem really easy to use.
UPDATE:
I would like to hire anyone for making this mod and sending it to me,
yes I will give you credit for helping to make this mod possible but the only thing is,
if you do claim this mod/idea as yours, I will report you due to Copyright because I got this mod From Flenixcities but I'm just adding new things that it normally doesn't have

Skittle's Meat Module Version 1.0.2 - "The Deli Update" has arrived!

This module update basically adds deli meats in it but not all deli meats, some deli meats were already added in other meat module updates...

the mods I would recommend to add for almost everything:

SRSM Version 2.6.1 (The Poultry Update)
SMM Version 1.0.1 ---> Skittle's Meat Module
SMM Version 1.0.0 ---> Skittle's Medicine Module
SRSM Version 2.6.3

Don't need to add beef meat nor pork meats
just venison and buffalo and lamb, maybe mutton meats and then foods

I think what I will need to keep on doing if this occurs again (which will )
I would need to delete/unistall Mcreator and reinstall it again and restart making new textures.

NEW IDEA:FROM NOW ON, I AM GOING TO SEPARATELY UPLOAD DIFFERENT MEAT MODULES.

what I am thinking is if this "Build Error" Problem is solved, I make separate mods, like SRSM Food Module, SRSM Meat Module, but the previous version was the Main Core Module (Obviously you don't have to have all of these mods; you can have 1)
But this is my idea. What do you guys think? Lemme Know!

guys.. I don't know what I did wrong.. I might've deleted something I should not have but apparently when I open the test game, the items are not there!

So this next update of SRSM, 2.6.4 will MAYBE be posted next week, due to all of the meats that need to be added and all of the new medicine that will be added!
Yes, medicine is another idea of what I may be implementing in the next update!

Has anyone installed my mod so far? Do you like it so far? Are there any problems that occurred?
I would like to know if there's anything you would like me to add, unfortunately I can't add custom models due to Mcreator
But I'll figure out a way!

UPDATE: while I was trying to upload my custom model into Mcreator, I don't know what I did now I can't upload blocks. it won't let me, so from now on until this problem is solved, no more custom blocks

UPDATE: All except one of the secret blocks are not working, well maybe some are but are just really slow, I'm still trying to fix this issue right now, so right now there blocks are Tests and may get taken out later/not.

I was just working on Mr.Crayfishs' model creator, trying to make a model, suddenly it just crashed on me!!!!
My Model was going so well!!!

No I did not save it YET.
But now it's gone...

Everything's looking good!
I'm adding 2 cool secret blocks in this update as well
and in the change log it will just be called, SB or just, TEST.

I'm just having trouble with the texturing.
I need the textures to be "a multiple of 16" according to what the application says.
I guess it means it has to be 16x16
anyone who knows, please help!
