What need to be in it

Im am not the best person to explain but it needs to count all the blocks place by people but say if we replace grass that should also count. It needs to have a build in equation like Blocks Placed - Blocks destroyed. It also shouldn't count conputer but count the block using world edit. (i will tell you more on skype).
