Optifine + Forge Mod Loader (1.8.0) [Download]

I had this as a project but since it's not an original work, I'll post it here (thanks Fantasymaster)
Description:
I noticed a lot of people (myself included) were having difficulty getting Optifine and Forge Mod Loader simultaneously installed.
So I managed to do it successfully, I then collated the required files into a zip folder.
You can download this collection of files and merge the contents of it with the contents of the .minecraft folder.
The profile you create for minecraft must be for the forge version
If it doesn't work first time try clearing your library / mods / versions folder(s).
It also includes the Dynamic Lighting mod.

I don't recommend Optifine and Forge together.Reason? Lags out the game great amount if alot of mods are installed.

The mod author of the dynamic lights I've included recommended Optifine, to reduce lag.
