With my idea about the portal gate, how about have a certain block on it, or like nether portals, take out the corners, and put a different block in. The two portals with the same material, example: portal with netherrack in the corners won't link to one with glowstone.
That will be useful.

How about a door that teleports you to the other teleporting door. Like for escape routes.

hm, maybe add an option where if you hit someone with, say, a stick. It teleports them to a certain coordinate? (It would be pretty well useless for practical reasons, but i'm looking for a mod with this feature for my upcoming project.)

You could make sort of warps! I mean, u could put down this
thing of some kind and then if you have another one and put the other
one to the ground u could teleport between them and every once
in a while (1/500 chance) the teleporter will break and give you the teleporter
and teleport u to the nearest dungeon. Or u could mark blocks
with this powder that when powered with redstone will turn the block¨
into a teleporter.

maybe you could make a teleportation modpack, involving all teleporting techniques from all major mods. try putting together the enderman mod, portal-gun (basically a form of teleportation as well), and the IC2 teleporter together with some of your own. you should ask the makers for permission, but it would be a very interesting modpack.

another thing: a simple, easymade block that you can put somewhere, name or number, and use a teleporting device (of any kind, really) to get to any of those selected blocks. if you want to make it really cool, make it cross-dimension comaptible, meaning that you can teleport to the Nether or the End from the Overworld, and between all.

Or a enchantment "Ninja" that made so when you hit a mob you would teleport behind it.

How about this: 1) make enderpearls craftable so you can use them to tp small ranges more often
2) a mob that will (have a chance to) tp you to a random location within a certain radius so you will be fucked and have to find your way back when he attacs you

a block or something that teleports you to a random location in loaded chunks

You could add that if you "At random" hit a type of mob, you will teleport to some desert/jungle temple and/or npc/npc desert village

How about a machine that can teleport.
Made of iron blocks like a nether portal, but need two to work.
Make usable by pouring water in it.
Like have one at home, and one in the mines so you can get your diamond you found and not lose your way in the mine like I always do.

Or a teleportation rail when you ride your cart on it it will teleport you to another tp rail if you have more that one you can chose what number it will go to when you place it down.

E.X: There is a field of grass generated in your normal MC world, now, maybe make 1/1000 blocks of grass a ''High jump grass''

Meaning, that if you stand on this 1/1000 grass block you'll shoot up really high to a certain chest high up the skylimit, there you can pick up some basic stuff like, iron armour, some food or a rare golden tool or apple..

How about a armour if a MOB attacks you it will say boom ( Like TNT ) and the mob dies. I want a mod with that armour
