I would like to see a mod like the dual wielding with guns. That could be boss.

Yeah, I really miss that mod too. It would be so badass to run around in the nether like a boss with dual lightsabers! O.O The pigmen would be so doomed...

Make a mod that makes everyone's lives easier, rather adding fluff to the game. Find a part of the game that people find tedious or annoying and find a way to improve it.
