1. I don't care, "Sound mod enabler" sound good?

4. The mod disables Minecraft from replacing a modified ingame sound, so if I wanted to customize the sound of walking on sand, minecraft would tell the folder to reload itself with the original sounds when it detects something was modified. The mod itself would only prevent the client from doing so.
5. Completely client-side, should be for both.

4. This mod should add a new command to the game, that will change your texture pack to a selected one. It should be also avaiable for Command Blocks!

4. adds better view bobbing for walking and sprinting while holding certain items. also Change other players walking and sprint. Better pulling back bow animations for yourself and other players. while doing a critical with a sword (jumping and hitting), it shows animations of the player holding the sword with both hands. Better animations for blocking with the sword.
