Mcpe command question:

When I /summon arrow ~ ~ ~ how can I make it so the arrow goes in a certain direction so it doesn't rain arrows?

Yes the commands on Mcpe are different and with the recent update mcpe is missing some sounds and commands, so the wiki doesn't really help ;(

I'm not familiar with the PE editions but generally speaking you need to provide more properties, such as velocity and direction. This wiki page should be able to give you some ideas.
For example: /summon minecraft:arrow ~-1 ~ ~ {Motion:[-2.0,0.5,0.0]}.
(this is assuming that you face west (negative X)).
For example: /summon minecraft:arrow ~-1 ~ ~ {Motion:[-2.0,0.5,0.0]}.
(this is assuming that you face west (negative X)).
