A daylight sensor will emit a redstone current every day.
Given that a year is 365 days (excluding leap years), you can have a series of 365 RS Nor latch gates connected with each other so one more gets triggered every day.
Once it reaches the end of the circuit, you can make it trigger a redstone clock to spam dispensers filled with fireworks aiming upwards and perhaps send off a minecart to trigger detector rails connected with noteblock sequences to play a tune.
