I'm currently trying to make a map with title commands however when i execute the command in chat or in a command block it doesn't show up on screen however the output from the command block says that the title has been executed

a couple commands i tried:
/title @a title {"text":"Level 0.0","color":"dark_red"}
/title @a title {"text":"You Completed","color":"dark_red"}

is there something im missing or did mojang change how title commands work because these commands did work in snapshot pre2 1.9

BTW im making the map in currently the full release however it was started in the pre-2 1.9 snapshot

Any help would be great
