I was just wondering that if you could make it you could, "throw" a block using the Motion Tag always in front of you?
Q2: How do I use firework particles?
Q3: How do I testfor armor/clothes being equipped?
Q4: Can I make it so any item shoots an arrow every time it's right clicked? (Vanilla Gun)

Q1: takes a lot of command blocks, one for each direction you're facing (depending on how sensitive you want it)
Q2: They are always white, unless you summon an entity
Q3: Use testfor , and using the inventory data tag. I do not know the slot numbers off the top of my head.
Q4: Some items don't detect right clicks, but you can make it so you throw it, you shoot, and you get it instantly back.
