I use a pack for personal use, and add bits and peaces from a lot of packs. What I'm looking for is a json or properties file, that can have multiple, "random" textures for pigs, except for a single albino pig texture, which I'd like to be as rare as possible. I know really nothing about jsons.
I had found a json, but it seems to be for biome-specific textures. At least, I'd like that explained to me:

skins.1=1
weights.1=10
biomes.1=Plains River
minHeight.1=55
maxHeight.1=255

# Use 5, 7, 9 in high, hilly areas.
skins.2=2
biomes.2=ForestHills Forest JungleHills Jungle Swampland Taiga TaigaHills
minHeight.2=55
maxHeight.2=255


skins.3=1
