Titanic Texture Pack Needed

Hello everyone,
Not sure if I'm posting in the right area. I've been building a Titanic for quite some time now, and I've been using a texture pack from JackLaneMinecraft (I think). I've used it on 1.7.10 for a while, but recently updated to 1.9.4, then 1.10.2 for the new updates, blocks, etc..
The texture pack has blocks that form "windows." They are translucent so you can see through them. On newer versions, this translucency is gone, and instead they are a flat grey. I'm assuming this texture pack is old, since it says "compatible with 1.6.4" in-game.
I would like to make my own texture pack, but I have no idea how to (and I would mess it up for sure). Are there any newer ones out there to use? Can the texture pack I'm using be fixed to work with 1.10.2? Would anyone be willing to make one for me?
