AltaVelos SMP Asks "What Is Your Ideal Minecraft Server?" Lets Discuss below!

I own an awesome server named AltaVelos SMP. We have adult staff members and up to 15 regular players on peak hours every day. We would like to ask the community here on PMC "What is your ideal minecraft server?" Might it be pvp based? lots of plugins?
In my opinion, Nice as casual SMP is the way to go, with server events often enough so you can deviate from the original game and have some new fun. I also like light plugins that make my life easier like no tnt and creeper explosions. My FAVORITE part about a minecraft server is having an AMAZING community of active regulars.
