We are looking for experienced builders for an unnamed minigame server project. The builders will be responsible for the development of the overall look of the server and games, as well as changes as needed for themed events, updates, hub maintenance.



Build Team Leader
Must be able to give an example of their building skills

Must complete an inworld demo (server will be provided)
At least 16 years old & able to sign contracts (or get co-signed)
Able to work at least 40 hours minimum a month

Ability to work within themes and color and texture palettes
Ability to take constructive criticism
Ability to cooperate within a team

Show an ability to manage and communicate to his/her team in a manner that promotes positivity and creativeness while still being able to get projects done

Able to take a theme and work with his/her team to build what’s needed in a timely manner

The ability to delegate work to his/her staff fairly
Good time management
Ability to think outside the box
Extensive experience with large Minecraft servers a plus
