Well the Decimation mod by Boehmod is exactly what you're looking for! Come try it out on our server! We need play-testers!
We would love for you to come and play, to get the Decimation mod you can either get it from Curseforge and drop our extra mods into the mod folder, or just run 1.7.10 and forge and drop the mods into the mods folder that way.
