Hey there all!


We, Endermite Factions, are a Minecraft server which is still in the development phase! Nonetheless are we looking for dedicated and active staff to make our server a great place for everyone to be and have fun with the game! for this are we looking for multiple types of staff!


Staff members:
Those who take this job know that they will be the people that are the face of the server, if anyone has any problem or what the question may be is it to us as staff members to help them and keep everyone happy! Please note that we are working with Chain of Command and this isn't the most usual way of being a staff member, this gives the server a almost unique touch to the Minecraft world!


Builders:
Those who take this job will make every project a reality, your tasklist may change daily as new projects may occur.


Plugin Specialists and Developers:
Those two groups of people are just as needed as any of the other groups, we need people who can make our server smooth and without any crashes, their tasks will reach from server maintenance to making new plugins or re-configuring them!
