It seems like Mojang is enforcing their EULA more aggressively now. I am concerned that they will add more restrictions such as banning PvP on servers or removing crossbows/TNT. Also, I have a modded server I am working on and I had to replace guns with fantasy weapons.

I don't know why Mojang is trying to stifle creativity. Every year they are deviating further and further from the "no rules" premise of Minecraft.
