Welcome to the LavaCube official recruitment thread.


LavaCube is a Network of servers with different game modes such as Creative, Survival, Prison, MCClans (Factions) and our very own CubeCade. Inspired by the unfortunate closing of MultiCube, the CubeCade network specialises in arcade game types, which includes Snow Spleef, TNTRun, SuperJump and One In The Chamber. We are hoping to add more arcade games and general game modes in the future. We have developers that are working on new plugins, and have custom minigames that are still in the process of being developed. We have many custom plugins and, but are very similar to ones that most players will recognise (similar commands, etc.). The server is not open to the public yet, but before we open, Moderators will need to familiarise themselves with the server before the opening. We do not have a planned date or time of when the server will be open, but we will make it clear on the LavaCube Forums. LavaCube has its own build team (Extropia), and is working closely to make sure that all builds are complete by the time we are open.


The staff position 'Moderator' and 'Helper' does not require much knowledge of plugins and commands, or even building skills. We have certain departments for a number of different parts of the server, while in development. As a helper, you will receive the same amount of perks and permissions of general players, however you will get a rank and will also have a higher status. If you suspect suspicious actions by various players on the servers, immediately report it to a higher staff member such as a Moderator, Admin or Owner. As a Moderator, you will have access to a number of moderation commands, such as mute, kick, temp ban. These commands must be used in accordance to the Staff Rules, which can be obtained when the position is accepted. This means that you need a reasoning to ban, kick or mute the offending player.
