Looking for Dev for an RPG server w/60 players on weekends

Bearded here and today I'm looking for a DEV or someone who's familiar with RPG plugins, as I am new to RPG. My friend Owns CubedMC.eu/us and we're adding an RPG server. If you help you will get a reward / rank on the server itself when its done. The server gets 30 people on weekdays and 60 people on weekends.
