Positions:
Helper (Alpha Rank)- Permanent Helper might become moderator
Player-Helper (normal ranks) – Step before Moderator
Moderator – Moderates and Manages the server
Builder – Builds anything beneficial to the server
Tester – Tests out problems on server with owner
